Scott partners with higher education institutions leading academia in their adoption of educational technology. Having been a former faculty member / Department Chair who developed an online program, Scott has a full appreciation for the individuals he works with. While serving as the Director of Online Education at his former institution, he was able to lead the change management needed for the implementation and furthering of eLearning. Since joining the team at Blackboard in January of 2005, Scott has had the opportunity to work with institutions all around the globe furthering education.
