Editors in Chief

Sydney Williams, Fairfield University
Sydney is from Houston, Texas, and is majoring in international studies and politics. In addition to this journal, she is involved in many other campus clubs and organizations like Fairfield’s Black Student Union, Students for Social Justice, Pre-Law Society, and the Model UN Club, in addition to playing Division I Volleyball. Her interests include traveling and public service.

Muireann Woulfe, Fairfield University
Muireann is from North Andover, Massachusetts, and is double majoring in Finance and International Business. Outside of school she enjoys traveling, playing the violin, and spending time with family and friends. She will be studying abroad in Berlin this fall and cannot wait to explore Europe.

Adriana Bifulco, Fairfield University
Adriana is from New York and is pursuing an International Studies major with a minor in Marketing. She hopes to get an internship in New York City for the summer to further her studies. Her interests include reading, traveling to immerse herself in different cultures, and finding volunteer work opportunities.

Caroline Curtis, Fairfield University
Caroline is a senior majoring in International Studies and minoring in French. She studied abroad in Aix-en-Provence in Fall 2016. Her interests include the French language, in which she is fluent, and journalism/writing. She hopes to pursue a career with a focus on humanitarian action that combines her two interests. Previous editorial experience includes roles as Her Campus Fairfield’s News & Blog Editor and position as Editorial Intern for MuckRock.

Emily Danca, Fairfield University
Emily has a double major in International Studies and Communications and she just recently picked up a minor in Humanitarian Action. She hopes to look for internships in New York that combine her interests in all of her areas of studies. She is interested in fair trade fashion and hopes to volunteer or work for an organization working to pursue humanitarian action. In her free time she likes to practice yoga and is trying to eat at every restaurant in Fairfield.

Camille Giacovas, Fairfield University
Camille is an International Studies major, with a concentration in Conflict, Diplomacy, and Peace Building. She lived with a host family while studying abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France during her sophomore year, immersing herself in the culture and traditions of her homestay. She is an active member of Alpha Mu Gamma and the St. Bellarmine Pre-Law Society. She loves spending her free time reading and participating in activities on campus.

Michael Harding, Fairfield University
Michael Harding is from Philadelphia, PA. He is a double major in Politics and International Studies, and hopes to serve as a U.S. Ambassador and human rights attorney in the future. His interests lie in diplomacy, education, politics and environmental sustainability. On campus, he is involved in the St. Robert Bellarmine Pre-Law Society, the International Studies Club, and works as a research assistant for political scientist Dr. Gayle Alberda. Michael is also a Spanish language tutor and currently serves as President of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society, and Vice President of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society. In his spare time, Michael enjoys hiking, playing basketball and soccer, and spending time at the beach.

Julia McNicholas, Fairfield University
Julia is pursuing a double major in International Studies and German with a minor in Anthropology. She is also involved in Fairfield Model UN, German Club, L.E.A.F. (Leaders for Environmental Action at Fairfield), and the OPS foreign language program. She plans on studying abroad in the fall of 2017 in Berlin, Germany and her areas of interest include cultural anthropology, environmentalism, women's rights, and German studies.

Justine Sutherland, Fairfield University
Justine is from Medway, Massachusetts, and is double majoring in International Studies and Politics. She is involved in Model UN and College Democrats on campus, and is a member of Alpha Mu Gamma. She loves to travel and is excited to study abroad in Florence in the spring of 2018. Her other interests include reading and community service.
