Undergraduate Journal of Global Citizenship

Volume 2, Issue 3 (2018) Special Issue: Climate, Community, and Culture

A collection of articles centered on key questions surrounding how humanity will contend, both tangibly and psychologically, with climate change in and beyond the 21st century. These abstracts are the work of members of the Environmental Future(s) Initiative (EFI), a group of faculty and students at Georgetown University dedicated to expanding the latitude for undergraduate students to engage with global environmental challenges. In May 2016, three students and one faculty member of the EFI attended the Second United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA II) in Nairobi, Kenya, as part of a historic delegation. The following collection of articles were borne from conversations at and following UNEA II.
