A male worker moves a cart towards the elevator (on right out of view) during the move from Canisius Hall (Library) to the new library building. Empty storage cartons against the far wall were used to move circulating books.
This move from Canisius Hall (Library) to Nyselius Library took place in August 1968. Circulation books from Canisius were boxed up, but the reference and bound periodicals were moved on open carts. Books from the science library in Xavier Hall were also moved to Nyselius at this time. Image date is approximate.
Photographic print; black-and-white; 8 x 10 in.
