Aims & Scope

The International Journal of Computer and Systems Engineering publishes papers that report advances across the rapidly evolving fields of computer engineering, computer-based systems, and systems engineering. Reflecting the ubiquity of computer systems—from embedded devices to large-scale mission-critical infrastructures—the journal welcomes submissions covering their design, production, operation, and testing, as well as the engineering of hardware, software, networking, and cyber-physical integration.

In addition to these core areas, the journal actively encourages work on autonomous and robotic platforms, AI/ML for perception and control, and sensor and information fusion, along with studies that sit at the interface of these domains and other branches of engineering.

Beyond original research articles, The International Journal of Computer and Systems Engineering also publishes focused reviews that examine the state of the art, identify emerging trends, and outline future directions in fast-moving fields.

International Journal of Computer and Systems Engineering (IJCASE) is a refereed online journal and forum for high-quality theoretical or empirical research articles, case studies, tutorials, and editorials in computer science and engineering. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
