This shows a photograph of a male student sitting cross-legged on the carpet with his back to the camera reading on the floor of the lower level of the library in the bound periodical stacks.
Notes
At this time, current periodicals were located on the main floor, next to the reading lounge. The bound periodicals were located on the lower level along with the media department. Image date is approximate.
