Abstract
An introduction to the journal is presented that focuses on the clinical nuances in the care of injured children, including a decrease in pediatric trauma length of stay, exploration of the continuing education programs that Society of Trauma Nurses members engage in to learn more about the care of injured children, and a pediatric fall prevention program.
